Ingredients

Preparing the Sardines:

10 Medium to Big Sardines: 500g / 1.1 lbs

Plain Vinegar: 40 ml / 1.5 Fluid Oz

Water: 40 ml / 1.5 Fluid Oz

Sea Salt: 1/2 tsp

Cumin: 1/2 tsp

Chermoula:

Parsley: 12g / 1 Tbsp

Cilantro: 12g / 1 Tbsp

Garlic: 4 Cloves

Zest of 1 Lemon

Juice of 1 Lemon

Ingredient:

Olive Oil: 3 Tbsp

Sea Salt: 1 tsp

Pepper: 1/2 tsp

Paprika: 1 Tbsp

Coriander: 1 Tbsp

Cumin: 1 Tbsp

Chili Powder: 1/4 tsp

Tomato Paste: 2 Tbsp

Water: 40 ml / 1.5 Fluid Oz

Vegetables:

Potatoes: 2 (Medium)

Tomatoes: 1 (Big)

Onions: 1 (Medium)

Green Peppers: 1/2
