Ingredients

250 g / 9 oz of Mussels

250 g / 9 oz of Tomato Puree

4 Tbsp of Hot Water

3 Garlic Cloves

2 Tbsp of Olive Oil

2 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley

2 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley

1 Pinch of Chili Flakes

1 tsp Cumin

1 tsp Paprika

½ tsp of Sea Salt

¼ of a Preserved Lemon

¼ tsp of Black Pepper

¼ tsp of Turmeric

Finish with Parsley

Decorate with Lemon slices
