What is it:

Mussels Tagine, or Tagine dial  Bouzroug, in Moroccan is the taste of summer. Mussels, herbs, and spices are a great combination are that make for an easy, fast, and delicious tagine.

Ingredients
  • 250 g / 9 oz of Mussels

  • 250 g / 9 oz of Tomato Puree

  • 4 Tbsp of Hot Water

  • 3 Garlic Cloves

  • 2 Tbsp of Olive Oil

  • 2 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley

  • 1 Pinch of Chili Flakes

  • 1 tsp Cumin

  • 1 tsp Paprika

  • ½ tsp of Sea Salt

  • ¼ of a Preserved Lemon

  • ¼ tsp of Black Pepper

  • ¼ tsp of Turmeric

  • Finish with Parsley

  • Decorate with Lemon slices
