200 g (7.05 oz) Fine Semolina

240 ml (8.12 fluid oz) Water (Room Temperature)

15 g (0.53 oz) Granulated sugar

8 g (0.28 oz) Active Dry Yeast

8 g (0.28 oz) Baking Powder

7 g (0.25 oz) Sea salt

Optional: 25 ml (0.85 fluid oz) Vegetable Oil

Cooking time/temperature: 18 min @ 180 C / 350 F
