400g All Purpose Flour

240g Water (60.0%)

16g Olive Oil (4.00%)

7g Instant Dry Yeast (1.75%)

7g Salt (1.75%)

7g Sugar (1.75%)

250C / 500F

Cooking Time is roughly 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
