1.5 liters hot water for Soaking

900 ml for cooking

2.5 tsp salt

0.5 tsp black pepper

1.5 tsp turmeric

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp sweet paprika

40 grams of tomato paste

4 garlic cloves, crushed
