2 Tbsp Olive Oil

3 Garlic Cloves

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tsp Ginger

2 tsp Harissa

Pinch of Saffron

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 Preserved Lemon

25 Sliced Green Olives

2 Tbsp Mixed Parsley & Cilantro

400g (14oz) Chopped Onions

Shrimp Briouats:

450g (16oz) Shrimps

20g (0.7oz) Butter

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

2 Sliced Garlic Cloves

1 tsp Sweet Chilli Flakes

400g (14oz) Chopped Onion

200g (7oz) Red Peppers

200g (7oz) Green Peppers

70g (2.5oz) Cheddar Cheese

60g (2oz) Vermicelli

1 Big Pinch of Capers

Chermoula:

1.5 Tbsp Mixed Parsley & Cilantro

2 Garlic Cloves

Juice of 1/2 Lemon

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp Sea Salt

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Coriander

1 tsp Cumin

1/4 tsp Black Pepper

1/4 tsp Chilli Powder

1 Tbsp Tomato Paste

20ml (0.7fl oz) Water

Vegan Briouats:

3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

3 Crushed Garlic Cloves

1 Tbsp Soy Sauce

1/2 tsp Black Pepper

15g (0.5oz) Grated Fresh ginger

150g (5.3oz) Spring Onions

150g (5.3oz) Sliced Mushrooms

250g (9oz) Cabbage

200g (7oz) Red Peppers

200g (7oz) Green Peppers

200g (7oz) Shredded Carrots

Flour mix:

1 Tbsp of all purpose flour

Enough water for thick consistency

Eggwash:

1 Egg

1 Tbsp Milk

Vegan Wash:

1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil

1 tsp Paprika

1 tsp Soy Sauce
