Join me for a hands-on Moroccan cooking class — a few hours of chopping, simmering, and sharing a table, the way we do it back home. I teach regularly at two wonderful venues: Olivia Kochschule in Hamburg and VHS Münster.
Step into my kitchen for an evening of cooking, sharing, and real Moroccan hospitality. We start with vibrant starters — think smoky aubergine salad, grilled peppers with feta, or potatoes with preserved lemon — before moving on to a saffron chicken tagine with olives and preserved lemon, or spiced beef kefta in a rich tomato sauce with poached eggs. We finish, as always, with mint tea and almond marzipan scented with orange blossom.
Starters: Carrots with chermoula, potatoes with preserved lemon, roasted peppers with feta (taktouka)
Mains: Saffron chicken with preserved lemon, kefta tagine with poached eggs
Dessert: Muttabaq — crisp filo with ricotta, soaked in lemon syrup
Dive into Moroccan cuisine and learn to cook a delicious traditional dinner from scratch, starting with the appetizers and working through to dessert — a full evening menu, start to finish.
